Not entirely, I mean... nobody could really argue if he was fired. I've been saying that for months. I said it last season. Just there are a lot of other important factors that weigh on the other side too. My mood changes like anyone else's, when we get beat by Hull then embarrass ourselves at Goodison it's not nice.

I've been hooked!

Such as?

I think we've been through them, not many people accept them. Stuff like stability, players like him, Ashley might appoint someone worse. I just don't tend to hate him as much as other people. That's an executive summary BTW.

Hard times, patience tested to the hilt, half time on Monday I was drinking into a pint of carling saying sack the cunt in the pub, full time arrived and I'm saying give him 10 games. My biggest worry is still the fear of Kinnear taking over were he to go.

"After we won at Villa (in mid-September), there were suggestions that perhaps we should have played with two strikers or that we might have scored more goals."

What's that all about?

Seems like he's just grasping at things that people might have said that turned out to be wrong about him.

Lies. Lying about his own fans now. He should be beaten away from SJP with fucking bricks.

You've definitely got a lot more aggressive/assured. Doing a course?

Stability in this case is a yearly relegation fight, the player OBVIOUSLY hate him and Kinnear is better than Pardle.

Cool, as I said, not many people accept them and it's basically pointless going through it again.

Asked about his meeting with Ashley, who sat next to Kinnear at the last two matches, Pardew added: “It was a meeting about going forward, making sure that we know exactly what we think the weaknesses are in the squad.

“Mike and Joe wanted to know how they could help. Joe’s an ex-manager, so he needs to know exactly what the issues and problems are, if we have any.

“That’s a general chat that most managers have with their owners.

“Joe can help with gathering information, so that when we come to January when I say ‘I think we should do this’ [in the winter transfer window], it makes some sort of sense.

“I think that’s... a football director at Manchester City, the director at Tottenham, if they’re not getting that information after games, I’d be surprised. I don’t think it’s unique.”

He couldn't really sound less convincing here.

He's still blatantly feeling undermined IMO.

Guest hatem garrincha

Ian, even in France, with just 3 NUFC games showed on tv, pundits are pointing out Pardew tactical limits.

It has to be hard for him to make our setup seem credible like, it's a farce. Imaging reporting to Joe Kinnear FFS.

TBH, not sure why he bothers with it. He could easily make it clear he thinks Joe is a dick and I doubt it would swing the balance to a sacking.

They mean nothing. You smell and so does Pardew.

Does one relegation fight allow for it to be labelled a 'yearly' relegation fight?

Don't want a bedtime scrap like. Don't hurt me.

Pardew has been a manager longer than 3 years and he's had quite a few relegation fights, it's what he does.

It’s the old saying that you can’t keep all the people happy all of the time. Well, I can’t keep any of the people happy any of the time.

This annoys me like. Who's he referring to exactly? I find it hard to believe that he browses the forums or searches Twitter, and he's had a remarkably easy ride from the media and fans at matches so far. But anyway he's talking shite. He can easily 'keep people happy' by doing logical stuff and getting some results. Like the Villa game, funnily enough.

Adding nothing to a squad that nearly went down suggests a relegation fight is perfectly acceptable to Pardew and the rest.

But your wrong! The Europa league cost us!

Alan said he'd do much better when he had more time to prepare the side
