Think Poyet is a decent manager, he's trying to get them to play and I think it'll be pretty routine for him next season in the championship. It won't be the same team, loads will go and a few come in. They could quite easily be better for it in the long term. If Poyet walks job half done things would get interesting as short doesn't seem committed to the club. I don't know. They have a squad full of overpaid, overrated, and underperforming players with vast experience in England and foreign imports who haven't been given time to adapt, will have had a bad experience (the manager they came for was sacked within a month), and will probably want to leave the league. I can see a lot of personnel change and dysfunction. Those overpaid shite hangers on will leave, wages nearly cut in half, they won't want to stay around. The young lads and foreign players get their chance, Poyet will create a better team out of them and others he brings in. Nothing bigger is going to come along for Poyet unless he's doing really well and a team in trouble take him off them around this time next year. Just seen the replays, Mason was standing head on to it. If he's missed it, then he really needs his eyes and brain checked.
