You can make unlimited changes til the next matchday once you have played your wildcard. If player X gets injured midweek, just transfer him out at no points hit. I had some money in the kitty, and having watching Arsenal this season, and watching Ozil throughout his time at Madrid, I predict he'll tear up a new one. He wont, however, last a full 90 minutes.
