54 Posted January 7 Share Posted January 7 Offering Potter a 5 month contract is really weird, he's the sort of manager that takes time to implement his philosophy and style as he coaches his players, with results from that 12 to 18 months later. He's not the sort of coach that can come in for 5 months to "do a job", would make me worried if I was a West Ham fan that the people running the club have no idea what they're doing.
