Disco
http://www.tottenhamhotspur.com/ticketinfo/matchdayinfo.html?id=37 I see Spurs won't be filling their allocation this season. Bit disappointing for a big club :winking: I eagerly await ur comments Mr Dawson. Not taking many up to City either by the looks of it.

Baggio
They've still got tickets available for tonight's game against Boro, I would have thought a massive club like Spurs would sell out quicker than a Take That reunion concert.

Stevie
Micky mouse club always will be. Still it's 1,600 more than they brought here on this occasion: Newcastle United 6 Tottenham Hotspur 1 Date: 22nd December 1999 7.45pm. Sunderland are at least as big as Spurs to be honest. Guest rosstoon
I like the way a lot of the clubs put how many tickets that have been allocated. How comes we dont.

Disco
because 2000 is not the full allocation that away teams can take at St James' - i believe it is closer to the 3,600 mark.

"On the basis it holds more" dear me?!?!?!!? They never filled their little 36,000 unless they were playing us, Man Utd or Arsenal up till 2004! Fact is Spurs can't even fill 36,000 for a League game half the time, they'd have as many empty seats as Man City with our capacity, and every Spurs fan on earth knows that in their hearts. brummie
Why are so many Toon fans absolutely *obssessed* with attendances? And do you realise how you're living up to a stereotype other clubs have of you? Yeah, its impressive that you are so well supported, but it doesn't make you Real Madrid, and a lot of you seem to bang on about it absolutely endlessly. Big clubs win things. I'd have thought if you wanted to have a go at Spurs not being a big club, this would be the most appropriate fact to use, not harping on about how many fans they take to Middlesbrough. Oh, and Stevie, I've been to plenty of games at SJP when it has been half empty.
Guest
The reason is, Brummie, because we get fans taking the p*ss about our support during the 80s or whenever, and our cup attendances, when there's is even worse!
Ashley17
Yeah I was under the impression this was a shot at kingdawson after he made a thread after the Pompey game about how we only had 48,000 there. It's a continuity thing.

There's a lot of things other fans can take a pop at Newcastle for, but support definitely isn't one of them. I don't know what Kingdawson was saying, tbh, you could see from the off that he was a windup merchant.

It's a continuity thing. Got in one mate. We dont fill our ground i know we don't, we're not the best supporters - as i said some1 else fans of Rochdale deserve a lot more credit than we do.
