As I had work, I could only catch the second half. Could someone please tell me who our most advanced player was yesterday?

Here you go buddy:

I don't think it was the fault of Perez or Mitrovic like. They did well for a pair of younger strikers in and out of the team alot.

They haven't really progressed with experience, although Mitro hasn't really had much of a chance. Point is, they still aren't good enough to guarantee survival.

Yep. Some scraps coming your way Ayoze! For a change. I wonder how many of his goals he has had to make himself? Versus many were knockdowns or laid back to him? If he is a second striker (odd that I still feel the need to use an ‘if’) surely a fair proportion of his goals should be from balls which just fall to him to hit.

I wish we would play him up top alone a bit more until Slimani's fit. He seems more likely to score than Gayle who is just wasting a shirt at the moment.

 honestly thought Stoke away (and many of us keep banging on this point) was our best setup with Murphy and Ritchie out wide and Atsu and Perez as the central 2. Personally think sub in Kenedy for Ritchie and play that away to Palace and until Slimani is fit.

probably our best striker at the moment - not counting slimani.

Two league goals so far. Just to keep your comment in context.

Going forward Ayoze, Kenedy and Murphy need to be playing behind Slimani

He was outstanding, worked his stots off.

No one could ever question his work rate like. He seems to be all over the pitch, quite often stumbling or losing the ball, but he'll run all day long.

He might've run around but he did next to nothing else. That is the minimum you expect.

He gave away the ball cheaply and fell over a lot, admittedly to get a few free kicks but that was all.

He needs to go.

What? He's been one of our best players since the turn of the year.
