Infinitely Content
Brilliant up turn in form for this lad. Looks so sharp. Him & Joselu upfront for the foreseeable future is our best bet.
toontownman
Much better from him today spurred on by his recent goals. He needs to solidify this type of form goals or not though. Today was the closest I've see him to the Perez we saw for the first season and a half after he signed.
Guest Howaythetoon
Very good in the first half. Second half he ran out of steam after a huge shift in the first.
mrmojorisin75
Thought he played well again. I think he's growing and developing personally. If we had a decent #9 he might get even better in that #10 role tbh. I've always thought the 10 was priority but now I'd go all in for a 9 that complements Ayoze. ujpest doza
Played well first half but faded a bit in the 2nd. Should have scored when through on goal though.
Greg
His two main chances today that he fluffed, I think it would be fair to say were casual finishes. One did lead to our goal mind!
WarrenBartonCentrePartin
Wright highlighting he shot with his right when he could've used his left. The goal he scored at Stoke was exactly the same, but came off. Can't remember owt of note but is he really that bad on his left foot?

Can't remember owt of note but is he really that bad on his left foot? He had more time today, at Stoke he hit it hard and low, was a poor finish today. Doesn't use his left much. Thing is, he never seems to get that much power on his shots with either foot.
Heron
Makes a big difference for us. Why? I'm not sure. Intelligent footballer! Technically decent but lacks physicality. Luke the kid and he is good for us but not the answer long term.

Teasy
Easy to see why he makes a difference IMO. He works hard to win the ball and moves it forwards quickly, he almost never goes backwards.
Kanj
He’s actually very intelligent and very good movement too. Very important to how we setup defensively too.
STM
His performance yesterday was nothing like that of earlier in the season. He was picking up the ball and driving forward, it made such a difference. I wish he'd get the ball out of his feet and shoot a little more.
Infinitely Content
To be honest we've always been better with him in the team, even when he was the brunt of the criticism from fans. He has lots of natural ability coupled with superb work rate, especially for his type of player. I really like the guy.
Altamullan
Just seen extended highlights of the Swansea game for the first time. Following on from having watched him down at Stoke, he has had two really influential performances. Goal at The Etihad.
Dinho lad
His two main chances today that he fluffed, I think it would be fair to say were casual finishes. One did lead to our goal mind! His one-on-one chance in the first half was certainly casual and, as I mentioned for the Stoke goal, on another day could have easily missed it. On this occasion, he did. Poor effort. He basically only stabbed it forward without any particular aim at the goal (as for the Stoke goal). He should be deciding where it should be placed, not just hitting it towards goal and hoping/expecting it to go in! Too casual - whether it's physically or mentally, too casual and unconvincing by him. But he's been playing well recently and that's encouraging, so credit where it's due. However, those fuckers who jumped on my back just because I saw it differently and 'dared' to disagree with them, can fuck off and lick each others' arsehole. TRon
So our two strikers who took us down two seasons ago turn out to be the best ones we've got. Who'd have thought it?
