I'm so proud of Newcastle like. I often get itchy feet and I've felt suffocated or that I've done everything or that other places have this, that and the other but I love it to bits and have done even more after having been abroad.

It really is. I fell in love during my first visit in December. Can't wait to go back.

Even my wife, who is not a big football fan and actually not the biggest fan of England loved the city, the stadium, the game, and everything about our time there.

Been living in the North East for a couple of years. Don't get to the city centre as often these days, but I still get that buzz every time I do. It's a special place.

Annoys me when you occasionally hear a native slag it off, dont realise how spoiled they are, more so in comparison to large parts of the UK. Just moved back to the NE and as a result spending more time in Newcastle, love the place.
