Setting up to nullify the opposition instead of getting in their fucking faces. Disagree. When used right 4-3-3 is a great attacking formation. The difference here is it's being used by a negative boss who isn't using it for it's attacking strengths and the fact we have dross like Gouffran in a crucial position.
