For those who can't/don't want to drop £70 on the white pinstripe Terrace Icons shirt, a 'replica' is available here for £13...

https://shop.soccerballofficial.de/products/s-4xl-25-26-newcastle-terrace-icons-off-white-jersey?spm=..collection_4408ac70-812f-4d2c-b1a2-ec03594f0b20.collection_detail_1.3

Obviously these are coming on a slow boat, and they're only using stock images, so you take your chances.

I am normal L in this kind of clothes?

Does anybody now how the size is on this Tonali beauty jacket.

Get a large mate. I went up a size as it said tight fitting, and shouldn’t have done. Snug fit around shoulders and chest but roomy around the midriff. Great quality though (material and finish).

Just got the terrace tracky. Wanted the drill top but fate wouldn’t allow it.

Anyway, am a fan. It’s pretty thick and heavy for a tracky top, feels good man. Feels like I’ll get more use out of it than a normal tracky top.

To be fair, I'm quite happy seing a lot of our players wearing long sleeves instead of having thermal underneath short sleeves.

the fact that became a thing in top level football hurts my soul

Quality isn’t it! Dawned on me that I’ve worn it for our three victories this season. Sitting on my sofa in the home watching equivalent of a full kit wanker. This is how superstitions are born!

Dennis Law loved the long sleeves

When I saw some footage of him not so long ago, running around holding his cuffs, reminded me of me doing the same playing for the school in a snazzy 1980’s teabag nylon number in the freezing winds of Felling’s Highfield School field.

This was my first shirt, a long sleeved Bukta that was made out of some kind of abrasive fabric. My mam had stitched a red ribbon in the shape of a number 9 on the back as my hero was Waddle. I was disappointed I didn't have the up to date shirt like my friend. It looks like long sleeved replicas were all the rage back then.

Note also the no-make shorts and Gola boots:Screenshot_20251002_093426_Photos.thumb.jpg.2aa87629a365f98222b7fe603c9804db.jpg

If you haven’t got one of those photos in kit in the Nana’s back garden are you really a proper fan? Right of passage.

Nice!

This is my first kit. Just realised it looks like a dodgy knock-off version  (no badge)!

What a great picture. It looks like a publicity shot from Kes.
