They'll email occasionally with personalised offers, for example I got one last week of 'stake £50 or more on England v Holland and get a matched bet up to £300'. I believe they have a silver and platinum service too, no idea on the difference of the three of them. They'll chuck in a random bonus every now and again too, I got £400 on my birthday this year for example with only needing to stake it once before it is withdrawable.
