We all know about Newcastle and England's horrendous penalty records, plus Sunderland beating Man Utd a few year ago - was struggling to think of the last shootout where i was pleased with the outcome. For teams who aren't in Europe there is simply no need to rotate the squad. A PL footballer should be more than capable of playing 44 games over the course of a season.
