He's been in charge about 12 months now, won the CL, lead Real to 40 games unbeaten. The way he's handled the squad has been brilliant. From here they would be dissappointed not to take home a couple trophies. The league in particular which they haven't won in... 4 years? Once in the last... 7 years? He's not ushered in a particular style of tactics. The team plays vaguely in the Real Madrid way but he's been allowed to be pragmatic.
