Guest firetotheworks
Because he's going to Newcastle doesn't automatically mean he's there on player business. The signing contract emoji (christ ) suggests that it probably is that though, and it's through the business twitter rather than the personal one. Mole_Toonfan
Aye he probably is mind, it just annoys me every time a agent or player is seen in public it automatically means it's transfer related.
Parsley
Wouldn't suprise me at all if we go back in for Galloway from Everton, lost out to him last summer when he joined West Brom. His agency also represent Jacob Murphy so if its true they are on the way up to Newcastle could be either of them. Galloway's off to Sunderland on loan according to Keith Downie. JP
So basically the agent is going to Sunderland via a change at Newcastle train station to sort the Galloway move out

Stifler
Baffles me that an agent is using a train instead of having his own personal car (would have thought it would be essential on deadline day). Even more baffled that he is tweeting pictures of his train ticket, especially if it's not even the final destination.
Altamullan
Why wouldn't you have a nice 1st class jaunt across the Pennines, with complementary food and drink, rather than drive? (Espeicially as he may need to get started early for Ashley-style piss-up business meeting! )

He is meeting up with Ashley that's why, where tons of pints and fire place chundering will ensue.

Stifler
Must just be me who prefers to drive. If you have a nice car (like agents do) then it would be relaxing and enjoyable. Listen to your own music, door to door journey etc.

Guest firetotheworks
Literally none of it is baffling. Trains are faster than cars, and you get a metro ticket once you're in Newcastle IF he's going to Sunderland. Next week: Rocket Science.

It's 20 minutes slower by car and that's with no traffic, travelling at the optimum speed. What am ah deein'?
WarrenBartonCentrePartin
Kinda see where Stifler's coming from, like. Even in first class those TransPennine trains are s****. Constantly stop in the arse end of Yorkshire, too.
