54 Posted October 22, 2017 Share Posted October 22, 2017 Before this game there we're signs that the Liverpool defence was starting to improve, they'd kept a few clean sheets and been very unlucky with some of the goals they had conceded in the last 5 games. Klopp has issues at the back and quite a bit of the blame has to go on him in terms of recruitment etc, but some of the criticism of him is well OTT. ( hell they might finish there anyway) I'm really not seeing that, they have a shit defence and an imbalanced midfield(again Klopp takes blame for some of that) and there's at least 3 teams who are vastly better to the point that without ridiculously good investment i really don't see how any managers makes them break into the top 3.
