If they're leasing the space to an agency, it will be an extra source of revenue regardless of who owns the club. Ashleys only cost would be to remove the existing signs to prepare for electronic ones. Of course, its also possible that Ashley has paid for them & contracted NUFC for their use over a elongated period for buttons (Thus securing exposure for SD whenever he wants whilst simultaneously robbing the club of a valuable source of revenue - See Rangers).
