Joelinton: will not play against Everton (Howe)

Needs to calm down a bit like. Was 2-3 times last season after a yellow he was borderline. The first yellow was a farce but no need for that second.

That was a bad tackle, but I doubt he meant it, ref was a cunt all game. I love his passion and how the whole squad off the pitch sort of stood by him.

Tindall had a couple of words with him like, had his angry face on when he walked off.

Was thinking just that. Ref carded him for trying to do something he's absolutely entitled to do. Basics.

He didn't card him for that, he carded him for not retreating when told to about 5 times. Fairly sure if a Benfica player had done it you would see it differently. Bloody stupid behaviour in a friendly and the tackle was borderline red as well, could have been facing a longer ban if these things carry over, I'm sure they used to.

Maybe I'm mistaken, but I thought it was a drop ball rather than a free kick?

Was he not telling him to not argue with the cunt of a ref, seemed he agreed with his grievances.

Have you not watched over the last few years ? Loads of drop balls arent contested when stopped for injuries.

They are when play wasn’t actually stopped and we got a corner.

It was one decision going in favour of them that was too much for our players and I don’t think he got the 1st yellow for failing to retreat, but for telling the referee what he thought.

They headed it out for a corner though. Fuck knows what the ref was doing giving it to their keeper.
