Terry Yorath was a big name player before my time and a manager when I got into football and all those guys from then are on a sort of pedestal for some reason that ones thereafter aren't (respect for elders I guess) but also because of Gabby's connection with us (Durham Uni, cut her teeth on the local news, soft spot for NUFC) it feels more personable and feel for her atop it. Was wondering if Ashley17 might have some of that footage when I heard the news, sure she did some segments with Ferdinand and Ginola would have been 95 or 96, that I never managed to get. Used to watch her hosting Sky Soccer Weekend every Friday too before the OPTA nerd and the betting stuff took up half the show. Only got used to calling her Logan a few years ago. Bless him.
