Just walked past an Irish boozer in Berlin and heard some makems singing various songs praising Adam Johnson

Cunts is an understatement

Then the Union Berlin fans gave them a guard of honour with complimentary reacharounds as they left!

It's not as difficult a conundrum as it might seem from the outside.

All they have to do is set their moral compass back to September 2021 and everything is hunky dory 👍🏻

There’s a degree of truth to it.  Walker didn’t want to sell to Man Utd; he asked for £5m more off them then us, and refused payment in instalments.

I thought they'd come up in a great PSR position but according to grumpy old man, they're already £61m down for the last 2 years so that doesn't give them a lot of wiggle room?

The daft fuckers have spent the last few years praising PSR as it basically stops us being able to spend whilst all the other clubs around us can pretty much spend what they want . Now all of a sudden they are saying PSR isn't fair and a promoted club should be allowed a free year when PSR won't hinder them. They are saying the gap is too big for them to compete in this league without them being allowed to spend a fortune or they should just spend a fortune like Forest did and take the points deduction if it helps them stop up.

One of the comments in their PSR thread is how promoted clubs should be given the first season as being exempt so that they can have a go at strengthening to stay up.

I actually agree with it to be fair, same as I believe a new ownership of a club should be given the same freedom. If they'd not got promoted I bet they'd not have had that thought, though.

Totally deluded. I know thousands don't go to the games (even though their club say they do), but the ones that do, do they actually watch their games and the quality of their players? Unless they have major investment (they won't), they are going to struggle to get Southampton's total from this season.

They already think they have nearly £40 million extra from Watson and (if) Bellingham sales. Completely not taking notice that they are already down nearly £20 million for Le Fee being permanent, up to £16 million for promotion bonuses (Ipswich total paid last season) and if Bellingham is sold, £4.5 million they will have to pay Birmingham. So basically they are probably going to be two players down already, with virtually nothing in the bank to show for it. Thick as fuck the cunts are man.

Yeah it's not a bad idea but they have basically gone from celebrating how much PSR has restricted us to now saying it's not fit for purpose .

Promotion one definitely, in hindsight new ownership is open to abuse. You could definitely see someone like Chelsea going from being owned by BlueCo, to BluePlc, to BlueInc, etc every year.

No mags in this XI marra.

I actually don't think any of their players would get into any of the premier sides full stop, never mind us. Didn't watch Leeds or Burnley a lot, but they did finish 24 points behind them.

I don't think it's the top 7 Sunderland should worried about, those games are almost free hits for them, it's the Brighton, Bournemouth, Palace, Brentford Wolves ect.

Those teams are just machines that can beat anyone on their day. I can't see anything but carnage for Sunderland this season.

Funniest thing about this is that he thinks they won’t concede four in a game all season.
