I see the cowards had our match thread down within ten minutes of the final whistle :bluestar:

Why do they hide NUFC stuff anyway?

Is it that obsessed 'deluded' weirdo trawling for bites on twitter? Embarassing him mind.

Or maybe to keep NUFC fans from infiltrating the main board? One or two embarrassing Magpies float around there. I have an account for comedy purposes but don't post

They don't hide it if we get beat, which is the point. Total cowards

There's a special place in hell for Toon fans who act pally with the mackems on RTG. I don't know what would possess someone to spend their free time cozying up to those weirdos and giving them complements. The notion of that is so baffling that I think the most logical explanation is that it's a mackem on the wind up. They have previous for the 'opposition fan in peyce'

Amusing to watch the madness anonymously. Unhinged when it gets going. Comedy when they frequently turn on each other or pick a Poor Sod Of The Day to all go after

Was bad laughing at the jibes on here about the mackem fans getting standing ovations and guards of honour in random locations upon promotion

Probably get worse as the nights draw in. Dark evenings in Sunderland would drive anyone insane

To be clear, I wasn't having a go at you for having an account on there. I totally see the appeal of having an account and flying under the radar to get access to the depravity within the Parsnip section!

Always find it funny how if we get beat the thread stays on for days but if we win it’s gone in a flash 😂

Some of them are backslapping and consoling themselves, as football fans do, about how far they must have come to be disappointed with defeat at Old Trafford.

They're dreamily confusing the name Manchester United with the reality of nowadays.

Since they were last in the PL places like Bournemouth, Fulham, Brighton, Brentford etc have become tougher places to visit than Old Trafford.

Man United played well, We conceded two sloppy goals but we also had a massive opportunity to go 1-0 up inside the first  5 minutes and numerous chances throughout which we didn't take.

If we had taken a point at Forest and a point at Man United it would have been a good return (any point for a newly promoted side away from home is decent IMO) and we're a point better off.

Confident we will be fine, It's not a bottom 3 side, A win v Wolves would be huge mind, a 12 point gap would be pretty significant even if it's only after 8 games.

Not sure it was offside though, was given onfield but the commentator on our game (Setanta 2) said it would have counted if it had went to VAR.

Numerous chances aye, Ballard missed a header on the stroke of half time from inside the 6 yard box directly from the penalty review. Talbi missed a one on one chance in the second half, Brobbey had a tap in that he didn't get on the end of, We had enough golden chances to score and didn't take them.

Looked offside to me and was given as offside.  Your XG of 0.71 does not indicate numerous 'good' chances. Ballard and the one on one were your two real chances.

So exactly as I said, plus Brobbey having a tap in if he actually anticipated the ball across O0

Its the fact that he didn't anticipate it why hes at Sunderland and not Barcelona.

Well it doesn’t read like a whipping. And it is a fair point, you’d have taken two points from those two games and yet there sit with three. Wolves seem to have taken a bit of an upturn in form. It’ll be a good test of end of season credentials. Guessing you’ll want/expect three points, especially with what’s to come in November and December?

Not getting on the end of a cross = golden chance is a new one like

It was a bit like our game yesterday, general play was not a drubbing but the number and quality of the chances was very one sided.

Still haven’t seen them (even in highlights). Not avoiding just hasn’t happened. Might now save the treat for whenever we play them at the palladium. I do have a ticket for SJP, but that’s not until March.

Think if they don't beat Wolves, they'll not win again until Xmas looking at the fixtures. They'll then have a chunk of players away at the ACoN. Big game for them.

If we do beat Wolves, does that mean we probably will win again before Xmas?

Great save by the mackem keeper on Fernandes too.

Watched the game, it was played at a snails pace, man united are a shadow of their former selves. The second half just fizzled to nothing.

Manure could easily have had 3 or 4, again the mackem keeper had a good game.
