Jonas
Attendance thread reckons there was only 25,000 there. In that alone is an over-reaction to a defeat, a club that so insecure they lie about attendance figures, a fanbase that laps them up when it suits 'big club deserve better' and presurises the club to achieve unrealistic goals and gives them an expectancy that they should be doing better than clubs that either actually get better gates or certainly make more money from their gates. All because of the mentality of their public.

Pilko
25,000 there basically half full if you take away the away contingent. But apparently when the derby was on they are the best fans in the world and deserve better and the pashun they have for being massive lads fans is unrivalled in the entire footballing world? Karjala
Since we spanked them I've really started to think they honestly don't want to go up, and recent decisions seem to be suggesting that too.
Stifler
Not just their manager they have turned on, but their owner. How many more people do they think could/would buy the club who could even afford to run it?

They'll save a fortune on their displays.

Hudson
This was Sunderland's first home game since their FA Cup defeat by bitter rivals Newcastle United. It was an occasion most Black Cats fans are keen to forget after public relations mistakes in the lead-up, being outclassed on the pitch and watching their Tyneside opponents then celebrate at length afterwards. https://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/football/67954095

Let Luton bully them Aye, they all claimed it was "too early" and they could strengthen before coming back. Rubbish. Groundhog63
Watford, Boro and Norwich wins would have them a more realistic 11th whilst a win for their arch rivals, Coventry, would see the ghost of Jimmy Hill laughing at the gap

54
They have a relatively favourable run of games coming up, playing 5 of the bottom 10 in their next 6 games. Wouldn't be surprised to see them in the playoffs again at the end of that.
