No sign of refund on the lost tickets but we've had some form of backtrack and recognition the punishment was top heavy. So, West Ham, Brentford and Liverpool tickets cancelled no refund. But membership still valid now for the rest of the season. Not sure where he would stand on Carabao cup history should we make the final, dare say he wouldn't fall under the 100% purchase criteria. He may be able to get a Brentford one in the resale in the coming days? Appreciate the thought of paying twice for the same match won’t be particularly appealing though. wormy
Anyone had an email re Bournemouth yet? Getting my hopes up as they've finally become quite efficient at telling me I'm a failure and I've not had anything yet. EDIT: Nevermind. Another failure. Sibierski
Yea, failed. Not one success, so just all about getting into the presale if I don't forget due to work. Not sure what the perk of the membership is for next season?
Wallsendmag
Just got the unsuccessful email for Bournemouth. Reckon there'll be a decent chance for general sale for this one though as they'll only sell 3 blocks at most.

It’s open now but there’ll be more popping up as the match gets closer. Jordan
Yet another ballot failure. Applied for every game this season and no luck. I fucking hate this system.
Likelylad
I'm applying for games that i realistically won't be able to get to and i still can't get a win in the ballot. Don't think i'll bother next year. I've had more luck this year from mates spares.
AyeDubbleYoo
It’s maybe not worth joining just for the ballot, but it is if you have time to dedicate to general sale and random refreshing.
TheGuv Posted Thursday at 09:22 Share Posted Thursday at 09:22 I’ve been successful only once this season (Chelsea in the LC) and applied to every game. Grim and yet not as bad as some!
BlueStar Posted Friday at 14:48 Share Posted Friday at 14:48 Just thinking when I got my Brentford cup ticket email, is there anything stopping you forwarding the email to literally anyone (member or not) and them clicking add to their own Google/Apple wallet? No, other than if the ticket is already downloaded to another wallet (but it can be deleted from that wallet and then distributed to whoever). iklgizmo Posted Sunday at 16:33 Share Posted Sunday at 16:33 We're trying to transfer a ticket for the villa game from a senior (season ticket holder) to a junior (friend and family) and it's saying it's not allowed as you can only transfer to more expensive tickets. Does that mean the junior just has to have an adults ticket?

HaydnNUFC
I'm getting a new phone this week, switching from Android to iPhone. I'll be okay ahead of tomorrow but all of my tickets for Villa, Wolves and Bournemouth are all on my current Android phone. How would I go about getting them onto the new iPhone? Do I just download them again or would I have to delete them off the Android first? Or will I have to get in touch with the club? You can remove tickets from your wallet, then they go back to the email they were sent. You can then just add them to apple wallet via your email. Imagine it’s just a case of deleting them from the wallet of your old phone and downloading them to your new one. Similar to if you were passing them on to someone else.
