Our dedicated away fans who largely follow the club home and away come rain or shine, or those who look down on them despite likely rarely setting foot in Newcastle, let alone being in the away end. I guess we'll never know. Get ya tongue out of their arses man 😂 A few thousand coke heads who've got exclusive access to away tickets and the money, or the neglect, to attend don't represent 100,000s of other fans. Or make them any better 😉 Ps Isak IS a cunt, obvs

I detest Isak’s behaviour in all this but I just wonder how much of it is driven by his agent. It’s one thing to want to move to another club but something else to see it play out like this. I just doubt that the player is as cold and calculating as being presented, but he is certainly showing himself to be very stupid in allowing it to carry on in this fashion. If he comes back I certainly will never idolise him again, but I will definitely will him on to score goals. His contribution to the progress of NUFC is all that matters. I'm 100% certain it's agent driven. Supposedly he's a bit of a wide boy anyway and I can't even imagine the amount of commission he'd be in for if his star client moved for £120m or so but you've also got to remember Isak is a 26 year old man. He's not an impressionable kid. If he's happy to stay and play for Newcastle United ultimately he has the final say. I mean even if he wanted to leave I'd accept it. Players come and go, it's the nature of the game, and as much as I despise them Liverpool are a step up on us, but there's a right and wrong way of going about it. Still remember how devastated I was when Beardsley left us for them in the 80s and even Carroll to a lesser extent (as I knew Ashley wouldn't reivest the cash) but nobody really held any bad will against them. If he ends up going there he'd deservedly get Owen levels of abuse because of how he's acted. He won't put in a transfer request and continue playing because it'll cost him £millions in loyalty bonuses. He's decided to just down tools refuse to play. He's a greedy cunt and a shithouse of a bloke. Nobody can convince me otherwise.

Sorry, I don’t speak Catalan so I don’t know what “puta” means, can you say it in English ? Oh, so that’s a firm “no” then. Hello, hello, are you still there ? The guy have been in far worse situations over his years, he have had a really good season in spain, struggled in this national team and havn't uttered a word or complaint. Neither have he done until now in a Newcastle shirt. Something feel a bit wrong? I don't think he have any ill will against Eddie, and still Eddie seem to be surprisingly forgiving, even though that is how that good man would be either way. My gut feeling just tells me there is something that been brewing for quite some time, like he absolutely despise our management, beyond repair, like there is no trust at all between them. And if its the case, whatever brewed this feelings seem to be more than just a denied contract? Either is that or is agent have him completely by the balls. You mean like a recording of him doing something embarrassing in Las Vegas or something? Blackmail (interestingly the term originated in this part of the world, from Border Reivers) should never be given into.

wyn davies
Should Isak and his agent get away with all the skullduggery that's been going on, I believe that player values may well collapse ultimately, as, why would clubs invest in highly valued players, if they can do an Isak and potentially lose their investment due to players going on strike and not working as per their contracts. Hhtoon
If there was any truth to him telling the club it was his last season 12 months or however long ago, surely he'd just come out and say that? Especially if he tried to sort a new contract and the club pushed back. Doesn't have to be aggro, just the facts. If I was getting panned for shitty behaviour and there were mitigating circumstances, I'd give my side. Leak it via an "unnamed source close to Isak" if needs be. But no, silence is deafening. They have form for it and all the evidence of his quotes towards the end of last season about staying supports it. Feel like a broken record with nothing seemingly having changed for a few weeks but I really hope the club to take a stand and refuse to sell him to Liverpool this window at ANY price never mind £150m. Sell him elsewhere later down the line and whatever happens until then so be it. Edited August 19, 2025 by MD20

The more you go, the more seriously your views should be taken for me re how the club is treated by anyone. It’s their club at the end of the day - I stopped going early in the Ashley years, but I’m not going to judge anyone for continuing to go. I still watched every week - I just didn’t get off my arse and it didn’t cost me a penny. I’m not at all comfortable with armchair supporters calling an entire away end cokeheads because they called out Isak’s bullshit behaviour. As someone who still goes regularly-ish to away games, I wouldn't expect my opinion to be taken particularly seriously or any more importantly than anyone else's. Fwiw I didn't sing "one greedy bastard" on Saturday because a)it's a bit cringey and b) it just plays into Isak's/Liverpool's hands. I understand why others chose to do so on Saturday but I would imagine if he stays then he will be backed when he's on the field (so long as he looks like he's trying) even if it's without any underlying affection. Dabbled a few times in my early 20s but the only white powder I've seen in decades is for my morning coffee so wouldn't say that makes me a cokehead. Which is fair enough - and as a general rule I wouldn’t either for most things, but in terms of players / managers / owners shitting on the club, I’d listen to the voices of those going, given that they’re most directly impacted and give up their time and money to do it. I watched the match in a pub on Saturday night and left mildly irritated by a draw which would’ve been a win with a centre forward; if I’d paid my money, went down to Birmingham at stupid o’clock on a Saturday morning and then watched in frustration there’s a good chance I’d have let vent too - and I wouldn’t have needed Bolivian or peeve to make me do it (though I agree it is likely a bit counter-productive). The away end is the vox populi of the club.
