No, I don’t think so honestly. That being said, one bad appointment and it can all turn to shit.

Brighton are ridiculously well ran, I'm sure many were predicting them to collapse after losing ashworth and potter.

Not only do Brighton bring in good replacements but they bring in the right people for the job.

 

They knew De Zerbi could literally pick up where potter left off with the squad and style of play.

 

Many other clubs go for a good manager but have the polar opposite for how they want to set up and play. Just like Chelsea with Potter.
