Well, that performance was no different to any other Man United performance i've seen in the last few years. It was all pretty insipid, I wouldn't say Ipswich deserved the win, but they created the better chances.

I'm curious as to how the back three works going forward, as its a tactic that you don't really see in the Premier League at the moment, it feels like its something teams have evolved from.

Unlistenable grasping desperate gobshite. Some point in the alst two years he became goddamn unbearable.

Has Shearer ever done any of our games? Carragher and Neville doing their games is a farce.

I think Shearer has for Amazon. Could be wrong though.

Turns out it was played yesterday but, today we watched the second half of The Carling Knockout Cup. South Africa's League Cup, I think.

Anyways the underdogs won.

Was an enjoyable watch.

Magesi 2 - 1 Sundowns

Mag easy, Sunderland down

The key for it to work in the prem for me is having someone who can progress the ball between the lines in the CM or at least one of the CBs.

It’s all going to be on De Ligt who I don’t rate at all. As it can be easier to push the wing backs back as we saw done with Diallo, then it’s left to the attack who can be isolated if you are needing to go long distances to get it to them.

Man U were absolutely awful there. Like really really bad and fortunate to be up against an abject side.

Yet I wouldn’t be surprised if they took 3 points each of us this year

It's quite amazing that since 2015 when he left the club and today Man United have spend close to, if not over, £1 billion on transfers and 36 year old Jonny Evan's still gets a game. Puts our not signing a RW into perspective.

Nobody wastes money like Man United. It's just unbelievable.

They just played a newly promoted Ipswich and loads in the match thread were loving Delap, Hutchinson and Leif Davis, and wanting us to sign them.

Which player in that Man Utd team would you be desperate to sign?!

It's absolutely crazy.
