Billy Warthog
If we do win this bloody thing, we'd have beaten half the cartel in doing so. That would be nice. And we've got a damn good chance.
Holloway
Not phased by facing Liverpool, we've caused them all sorts of bother recently. No doubt Eddie will be working on a plan to cause a bit more

The Prophet
Portsmouth beat Cardiff to win a cup, Swansea beat Bradford, Boro beat Bolton. Is it too much to ask for a kind final?

Plus another solid PL team in Brentford too. I know the EFL cup isn't as pretigious as the FA Cup, but if we beat the top 4 teams in the league to win it, including the side in 2nd over two legs in the semis, and top of the league in the final, that's a hell of a cup win. They're still strong favourites IMO mind, but we have competed with them in most recent matches. Edited 6 hours ago by Checko

ChatGPT: As of now, there is no documented instance of a team facing all of the top four Premier League teams in a single League Cup campaign. Also - remember that these buggers got guaranteed home draws in the third round?
MagPar
One off game, Pope between the sticks having a worldy, compsed defence, hard working midfield, early Isak goal and a late second goal on the counter when they're throwing everything at us. Our time has come, records are there to be smashed into smithereens. Glory. 🏆

Whitley mag
Nee better time to beat them than in a cup final, revenge for 74 and hearing the Blaydon Races reverberating around Wembley, after 70 years we may as well do it in fucking style.
