Is Shearer blaming Grealish’s injury on VAR?

How can shearer attribute the Grealish injury to the down time while the VAR did its thing. Players are allowed to keep warm while they wait.

If there’s a stoppage in play for several minutes and the players are standing still and not keeping themselves warm then that’s not VARs fault. Daft from Shearer.
