We need it.

Logically speaking yes, I know it's absolute murder on our squad. But I don't give a fuck about international football and am nowhere near over the novelty of NUFC matches twice a week.

International break again already? :anguish:

Sickening how they pile in two international breaks near the start of the season. Don’t know what the answer is but I wish int’l football would fuck off

Edit: apart from in major tournaments when international football is absolutely immense

This. This is the answer. Sack it off entirely, patriotism be damned.

Also frees up more weeks to reduce fixture congestion at club level. No one loses but international fan twerps but they don't count.

Tbh these breaks might work in our favour at the minute. Get through these 5-6 week batches then a couple of weeks to regroup.

With hindsight it might have been worth Gordon getting himself a daft yellow at Sheff Utd so he missed yesterday rather than West Ham but I don't think we're at those levels of the dark arts just yet.

That is just one game (West Ham) due to the international break.

Well that's depressing.

Although in hindsight we're going to need this International break to allow players to recover from injury. So not all bad.

His work rate was fantastic as always and did very well to win us that penalty, looking like a bit of a penalty winning expert at the moment.

Defenders just can’t cope with how fast and direct he is. His close control is spot on at speed which makes it harder to make a clean tackle.
