I’ll be thinking of the N_O gathering and will raise a glass in your direction when we score! And thank God I’m not there if we’re shitβ€”moaning bastards πŸ˜‰

Blaze’s dad who is a Sheffield United fan had to console me as I was in tears. In tears at half time with the belief that we could do it, and it tears at full time.

She was enjoying it as much as anyone.

So were your parents. Your dad had an understanding of knowing what it meant to us, that only real football fans will understand, your mam was well into it as a Newcastle United fan.

She's radgey.

One thing you probably dont know about her is that she was/is a coach -- an old level 3 coach (now UEFA B license).

My Dad and I have always tagged along to each others games. I went to Wembley a lot with him with his beloved Sheffield United.

We've had some mental days out. When they got promoted I had to pick him up on the floor, bless him  he gets it

Just want to thank @BlazeT44 for sorting this out, and to everyone who went and made it a brilliant time. Honestly it was fucking class and so was the next day. The lads who came with me said they'd had a brilliant time too.

In fairness it wasn't me who brought it up, think it was @Dokko who said Irish people had big knobs but I had to inform them that while usually true (in my case), my friend infact had a small knob as I can attest to after he dangled it right infront of my face years ago after he scored a goal against me in Pro Evo.

Belated update on this πŸ˜‚

They met up at 2pm and had a "few" swallies before heading to the Arena. Turns out it was gone 4pm when they rocked up. Still should've been allowed in like but, dear me, a bit lackadaisical πŸ™„

Consequently, they had to nash back towards the city centre to find somewhere to watch it. Got in this gay bar 5 mins before KO.

They said it was canny anyway, great crack etc etc.

When I jumped on the Metro into town at full time they were both still there. By the time I got to town (journey was immense btw, rocking) one had gone back to York but my brother said he would meet me outside the Central Station. He did sound absolutely hammered tho. Really hammered.

20 mins and 2 more slurred phone conversations later, me having a pint in the window of The Victoria Comet getting quite worried about my little brother, his wife posts a photo of him crawling about their kitchen floor πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚

Apparently the most pissed she'd ever seen him 😜

Anyway here's their half time entertainment πŸ˜‚πŸ»πŸ˜

Haha, tbh, can't remember that conversation. Still can't get over how Irish you are. πŸ˜‚
