Everyone applies at the same time now, regardless of points. They then allocate the tickets to the to everyone who is successful based who has the most points until the number of available tickets runs out. If say, for example, you’re a parent wanting to go with your child who has far less points that you, and you are successful but they aren’t, you are not obligated to take up the ticket. NUFC91 Posted August 24, 2025 Share Posted August 24, 2025 Does anyone know if cup tickets are getting emailed out or loaded on ticket, my mate who has season ticket at arsenal said it caused loads of issues for some fans as if the season ticket doesn't refresh or there's catche in wallet app it can sometimes not work. NUFC91 Posted November 24, 2025 Share Posted November 24, 2025 Has anyone had any issues with their season ticket scanning, I got in the ground on Saturday but my ticket didn't flash green when scanned, I contacted the box office but they said It shows as non attendance and they can't change it. Scoreboard82 Posted November 25, 2025 Share Posted November 25, 2025 I keep getting this notification for my season ticket in my wallet but when I tap on it there's nothing there, that I can see at least. At the turnstile I always seem to have to "tap to show barcode" and scan using the lower reader. On Saturday the barcode looked different (larger) but despite a moments stress it scanned no problem.
