Did I see something about the renewal period opening on 10th March and closing on 21st?

I saw something like that on FB but, flicked past it now I cannot find it anymore.

I have not even had an email yet saying anything officially about my ticket....

Aye Friday 21st March 5pm deadline.

They assume you want to renew and take the first payment in April.

The March deadline is for those who do not want to renew.

Still no seat moves, unless we have any friendly GPs on here that can help me with that?

By the way.  Mine in Cat 1 has increased by 16%.

£811 last year,  £940 this!

5% my arse!!!

Just quoting myself.   I got that wrong...  I paid £895 last year.   It is 5% after all.

Per game, mine has gone up £2 and I can pay over 12 months. I can’t really complain personally. It’s the £60 odd for the train that has me crying.

Has anyone had an email on what to do fo renew yet?

Just the initial one that came last week.

Basically if you pay by DD, you don’t need to do anything and it will auto-renew. Mine is already appearing in the ‘Tickets’ part of the site.

Might be different if you pay as lump sum though? Not totally sure?

Just had a look and mine is showing but when you click download it goes to this seasons

Also above, it says "auto renew" but when I click that it goes to an error page..

Mine does the same if you press auto renew so I’m 99.9% you don’t need to do anything.

This is what it said in the email:

Does anyone know of the 10 ticket transfer rule, is it across all competitions or just in the league matches?

Thinking ahead of next season that's all, I have a little one on the way and I'm 5 hour drive away, last couple of seasons I've probably got to 12 home league games and majority of cups. Obviously going into next season it's going to difficult but just wondering if club take into account circumstances etc, especially with extra games being in Europe.

Anyone else had/have similar circumstances?

Firstly, I think you’ll be fine as I’ve heard of other people having circumstances (illness etc) that have meant they had a period of transferring a number of games, and the club have been fine with that. Probably wouldn’t hurt to send to email to supporter services explaining before the start of next season like.

On cup tickets though, I wouldn’t be doing official transfers for them, I’d just be forwarding the email to someone so they can download the ticket and go. That way it doesn’t get held against you in any criteria should we reach another final.

If you don’t know many people that would take a cup ticket off you, just post on here and there’ll always be someone looking for one.

Also...  assuming you have a person specifically in mind that will use the season ticket when you are not able to make it and you trust them.  It is possible to download the full season ticket onto more than one device.  For example, in my group of me, my son and my friend, we each have all three tickets loaded onto our respective phones.  This means if one of us is unable to go then they other two have the capability to scan in someone who is using the ticket for a single match.  It saves quite a bit of "faffing around".  So you and your "proxy" can each have the same ticket loaded onto both of your phones and when you cannot go then your mate will be able to go along without any transferring of tickets etc....

Do you know if cup games are within the 10 limit, I can't see how they could given could be extra 10 games a year if in Europe cup runs etc

I’m not sure tbh. Don’t know if they’ve made it explicitly clear anywhere?

But like others have said, you’ll be fine. I’d still send a pre-emptive email though.

Cup tickets to be "loaded onto season ticket" next season. Is that a change? Thought we were sent an e mail with the ability to download to wallets last season? Can't see any mention of being able to transfer in the FAQs.

Yes, it would be.

I guess that’s to make it more difficult to pass on without using the proper channels.
