Anyone got the below next to their cup transactions and attend games in history tab on ticketing site? That's next to games I've attended in Carabao cup ? got same for Bromley game and was at that too

Unattended transaction per Cup Scheme "24/25 Carabao Cup (Home fixtures) Closing date 21st June 5pm"

I e-mailed the box office to query this earlier in the season. They replied to say

"Unattended transaction means we have taken the payment without the customer being present"

Got to keep an eye on them though.

Saw this come up in a discussion elsewhere, and found it interesting. I wasn’t 100% sure you could do this:

Does this mean we can start the ST transfer beg thread? 😂

Interesting another Q on that page about transferring a deceased family member's ticket, sure there was someone recently in a thread saying the Box Office had told them no

They had the ‘amnesty’ for changing names on ST’s at the start of last season when digital ticketing came in, but I didn’t realise you could definitely still do it. Always felt like something that was a bit ‘depends who you speak to in the Box Office’.

I was able to transfer my dads ticket to my friend.  My dad died between the end of the season before last and the start of the next one.  I contacted the box office to ask them if it was possible and they were really good about it, we transferred it without any issues.

I think it coincided with a ticket amnesty though which may have been the reason it was so simple.

My dad asked this in person last year and was told pretty much this. He's 73 now so thought he'd ask because he'd like to pass it on to me when he's unable to go. Pretty sure they said he'd keep the loyalty points as well but would have to double check with him there.

I'm presuming the work involved for the final tickets has delayed the notifications for 2025/2026 season tickets being sent out  20th February last year was when they came out and no direct debit for March has been taken. Maybe they are hoping for a cup victory to increase the prices!

Was that not for the people on the long term deals, which will be ending this season?

I don't think so. The last two advance notices I have kept just mention how much I'll pay per month staring from the 1st of March, the long term deal isn't mentioned (I am on the deal) There has been no direct debit taken from my account for March 2025. I was talking to someone yesterday who went to the box office last week to have a season ticket transferred to him. The lad whose seat it was was with him. The box office said they were doing no ticket transfers or anything like that until after the final, so I have probably answered my own question there!

The long term ticket deals are all paid up now , it runs February to February. We will get a new price in the summer along with everyone else when it comes to season ticket renewal date so won't have to pay anything until then . I expect It won't be far off double what we are paying now though .

If you want an estimate, just look at what everyone else is paying now, and add 5/6% as a worst case scenario.

Yeah I can't grumble, had a good run £480 for 13 years.

Another 5% increase announced.

£763 in the Gallowgate and Leazes.

£940 Milburn paddocks and East Stand.

Did I see something about the renewal period opening on 10th March and closing on 21st?

I saw something like that on FB but, flicked past it now I cannot find it anymore.

I have not even had an email yet saying anything officially about my ticket....
