Barnes is an impact sub he’s been far from impressive when starting right move.

Murphy has been far from impressive either starting or as an impact sub this season.

This is true, but he's better at pressing on the RW and more natural in that position than any of our other options imo.

Would've dropped Gordon over Barnes but he might've thrown a strop so best to give a bench warm to Milquetoast Harvey instead.

Minteh's underlying data in tatters.

Thought Gordon played well vs. Everton, penalty aside.

And the easy header and the 1v1.

yeah wasn’t great in front of goal. But the best of our front 3 vs. Everton.

Barnes has got to be fuming with all this now. For me he's looked our most consistently dangerous wide me this season, and he keeps ended up on the bench.

Can't really blame Howe when Spurs aside all of Barnes' output has been exclusively as a sub.

Get more out of Barnes bringing him on though if we need a goal, completely ineffective starting and poor defensively, think Howe’s made right call.
