Iraola going to a team like Spurs would be annoying like, hooefully stays at Bournemouth.

It's nailed on isnt it? But yeah on today's evidence it would be bad for us.

Fully deserved 3 points for them

We barely played well enough for a point and it was hugely down to how well they performed and executed their gameplan more than how poor we were today. Which we were.

Sometimes you need these humblings to not get too away with the fairies.

Fully expect us to walk over Southampton next week and put today behind us rapidly.

Its often how you respond to these result which shows more about a teams character.

At least they won't mention the run of wins every 2 minutes. Takes the pressure off, until the next run brings 🤣

Sorry but I entirely disagree. Frustrated is fine, embarrassed is ridiculous in any reasonable context.

Fair, agree to disagree. I just think we’re far above losing by that score line, in that manner, at home to Bournemouth.

If the referee lets the little prick get away with it, he’s good. Should have been booked much earlier and then he’s got nothing to give.

Actually uses the ball well too.

They played around us at times.

This performance should be watched over by the whole team, and used to learn some valuable lessons.

We are not good going against an aggressive and effective press.

I felt like applauding Bournemouth after that tbf. One of the few times I've felt like this. [emoji38]

They were class and beat us at our own game. I'm normally annoyed as fuck when we lose but I can't even muster it.

We continually refuse to sell squad players let's hope that changes this window.

Also Bournemouth have done a terrific job of showing us not every player has to cost 40m + to contribute and they don't need premier league experience.

Can't see  many squad players departing, don't know why Howe finds it. Difficult unless we do have financial issues.

Tyler Adams is an absolute WUM.

But he's good at what he does, and was really good today.

Completely disrupted our build up, and particularly affected Bruno, who was somewhat infuriating with his dwelling on the ball.

Some of our most intelligent and handsome posters were suggesting we should sign him when Leeds went down.

He’s got no creativity and is a one trick pony, and he’s effective if allowed to get away with it.

I’m sure the forum reaction to this result will be completely measured.

In fairness, it has been, most people seem to realize it was just a bad day at the office with the context of us having just won 9 in a row.

There are only a few people with wild takes

I'm not sure it'll be a walkover by any stretch, but aye, thank fuck it is Southampton next

West Ham and Brighton was massively annoying as they were absolutely shite

Today was just a day where the opposition are playing out of their skin. We should know more than anyone since Howe has been here what a 'lesser' side can do when they put the work in off the ball.

That was a terrible performance, only player in my eyes that showed any fight was Sandro.

sloppy passing all game, hall got run ragged in the first half. Gordon miles off it.

They deserved the 3 points…

oh well we go again.

In seriousness, that was a totally and utterly lifting 98 minutes from everyone in black and white. Outplayed across the park. Bournemouth looked sharper, quicker, more incisive. We looked like 11 blokes who’d never played football together before.

The run was always going to come to an end but to come such a pitiful end like that is shocking. They had 11 fit senior players. Appalling stuff.
