I was at Chelsea away for the final game of the 22/23 season and agree that the view from the Upper tier where I was, is absolutely fantastic. Added to that it's a great stand to generate atmosphere. First time I went was FA cup the year after it opened and I was blown away by the stadium itself, concourse being huge and facilities like no other ground I'd ever been to.
