No, only if it is hosting a final.

 

Wrong. It'll be known as St James' Park in UEFA competition, just as the Emirates is known as Arsenal Stadium.

It never had an official name other than Emirates I don't think, Ashburton Grove was just the name given to it due to it's location, much like Upton Park and Eastlands. Regardless, it's known by UEFA as Arsenal Stadium.
