BlueStar
Imaging them two one on one in training? Bramble's mistakes will go unpunished Can't actuallly work out what would happen, reminds me of questions like "Can God make a cake so big not even God could eat it" or "What happens when an irresistible force meets an immovable object? " What would happen when a stiker who is incapable of scoring goals faces off against a defender who is incapable of not conceding goals? I think some kind of dark matter would be created and the universe would implode in on itself.

Guest gggg
9 Premier League goals isn't bad for someone incapable of scoring. It is when that's considered a good season for Heskey, that's still 1 in 4.

Thespence
Probably chose Wigan as his brother is nearby at Stockport. Do you not think it was either the contract with most £££'s or the only offer on the table. Has his bro be given a new deal at Stockport?
Lotus
Thought Heskey did great for them last season. Often put in a 'Kevin Davies' type of performance. Unselfish, strong, harried the opposition, won headers often, always an outlet, etc. Haven't seen Ameobi play half as well tbh.

The College Dropout
Bramble and Heskey are brilliant when full of confidence, they would be great assets if they could play like that week-in week-out....
Newcastle Fan
Insanity, or madness, is a general term for a semi-permanent, severe mental disorder. The concept has been used in a number of ways historically. Today it is most commonly encountered as a generic informal term, or in the more narrow legal context of criminal insanity. In the medical profession, it is nowadays avoided in favor of specific diagnosyes of mental illness.
Guest alex
I thought they might be going down before Bramble was linked with them tbh. Heskey's not a bad player though. Would have played just about every week if he'd been last season too.
Thespence
Bramble and Heskey are brilliant when full of confidence, they would be great assets if they could play like that week-in week-out.... That being the key they dont, that is why Bramble has no club atm & Heskey played for a club that went down last year & another club that just stayed up this year. A few threads/posts away there are pages going on about how poor Scott Parker is & yet here we have people posting saying Bramble & Heskey are good IF..... Keefaz
They can both be capable of putting in MOTM performances, but can also lose focus and confidence and turn out some proper shit.
