STM
Us- Owen, Viduka, Martins, Smith and Ameobi Liverpool- Torres, Crouch, Kuyt, Vorinin Man Utd- Rooney, Saha, Solskear, Tevez? Arsenal- Adebayor, Van Persie, De Silva, Bentner Chelsea- Drogba, Pizzaro, Shevchenko, Kalou Spurs- Berbatov, Keane, Defoe, Bent I wouldn't be in any rush to swap our strikeforce. In what order do you think they rate, compared to the others in the premiership?
hakka
Ours is defo the most injury prone.

I'd say in order: Man Utd Arsenal (Just got a feeling this year) Newcastle Liverpool Chelsea Spurs
jarralad
If we can keep them all reletively injury free i`d say we have one of the best in the country.
FrenchWilliam
I'd say as just out and out strikers we probably have the best selection. The other teams' strikers have more capable players around them, so have more chances to score created for them.

Arsenal- Adebayor, Van Persie, De Silva, Bentner Chelsea- Drogba, Pizzaro, Shevchenko, Kalou Spurs- Berbatov, Keane, Defoe, Bent Removed anderson because he isn't a striker. We are 3rd imo behind spurs and liverpool, but by far the most injury prone.

Can't really think of anybody else that's got 3 Top strikers like that, just hope they can stay fit and perform

Dokko
Don't think there is really a simple answer to that one. I suppose you could go off how many league goals each player would score and total them up, so here would be mine off the top of my head. Us- Owen (18), Viduka (15), Martins (10), Ameobi (6) (Total:49) Liverpool- Torres (18), Crouch (16), Kuyt (11), Vorinin (-8-) (Total:53) Man Utd- Rooney (15), Saha (12), Anderson (6), Tevez (14) (Total:47) Arsenal- Adebayor (11), Van Persie (13), De Silva (15), Bentner (6) (Total:45) Chelsea- Drogba (23), Pizzaro (10), Shevchenko (16), Kalou (5) (Total:54) Spurs- Berbatov (18), Keane (12), Defoe (10), Bent (15) (Total:55) I've removed Smith so everyone has 4 strikers each and i also think he'll be a mid anyway. Guest LucaAltieri
3rd behind Liverpool and Chelsea. I expect Sheva to come alive this season (if he sticks around).
ChrisJbarnes
ours is good, especially since we have luque as well who seems to be re emerging. i think spurs beat us though. cba with the others
Memphis
I know he's got dodgy knees and is 34, but surely Solskjaer should be on Man Utd's list. That said, we've certainly got a great deal of Premiership-proven quality up front...with decent service, we should have no trouble finishing. Guest firetotheworks
Man U Chelsea (almost entirely because of Drogba) Newcastle Spurs Liverpool Arsenal Its only on paper like, Arsenal and Liverpool have a better everything else.

I think they do, they've got a good bunch of strikers but think they got the weakest from the list. This is mainly because I think Torres will be awesome this season. Jamie
Blackburn have quite a good strike force also and i don't know wheather anyone agrees or have just fogotten about them or don't realise they have good strengh and depth. McCarthy ( No need to comment ) Santa Cruz ( Looks to be a good striker ) Derbyshire ( Good for present and future ) Rigters ( Young, energetic and one for the future, looked good at u21's ) Roberts ( Decent cover, strong, holds the ball up well and brings others into play )

ManU only have 3 strikers, yet are top? no matter how good they are, that's bollux. Arsenal second? why? Van Persie is the only player on that list who i would rate as better than any of the spurs or liverpool strikers, or better than any of our top 3, Chelsea's top 3 or ManU's top 2. Zero
Ours aren't reliable enough---considering Owen and Martins' goal and injury record. I would rate us at 4th.
