Joelinton is injured still isnt he? Think its a pretty big leap in quality between those that started last game and those on the bench.
-
Body language from the way they interact in press conferences and the way LE talks about EH in the media. Over a period of time anyone with a bit intuitivity could surmise. Whereas he’s well aware of CH…
-
If needed yeah, which to me is if someone else is injured. We're 3rd in the league with him having missed most of the season.
-
Be surprised to see any deals done until we know what competition we will be in tbh.
-
Looks like the Jonathon David rumours have started back up. Makes the most sense out of any striker linked so far. Might ask for big wages but you’d think he’d be worth the punt.
-
Never heard of the cunt. Just Dennis Wise’d him. Now going to obsess about him all summer and be devastated if we don’t sign him.
-
Seemed we had an agreement with the player in that one but couldn't agree a fee. If I'm remembering correctly. Same thing then happened with Trafford as well. Don't think the rumours were actually false.

Eddie Howe - Nominated for Manager of the Season
Displayname replied to InspectorCoarse's topic in Football
Yeah I dont really rate Liverpools squad that highly, and I think Salah himself is also a little overrated. Probably deserves player of the season, but I dont think its as obvious as many do. Non-penalty goals+assist is very good, but not that insane. Keep in mind that the point difference from Liverpool to us is the same as from us to Crystal Palace. -
Hope this happens, love this kind of signing.
-
Best GK in La Liga this season according to many in Spain. I want this to be true now (Should not get excited)
-
How do you know he is one of Howe's most trusted journalists?
-
It could be bollocks mind.
-
Well, that’s the first name of the summer not a single one of our illustrious journalists had a clue about
-
Was linked with Arsenal previously and is apparently very highly rated. Arsenal friends were excited about the link and thought he'd push Raya to backup. Haven't seen him myself but seems to be very much in line with the more modern ball playing goalie we've wanted. Amazing fee too.

Think they help the ref a lot with their headset.
-
We're all friends here but you need to take a long hard look at yourself if you're defending Edwards.
-
Not getting my hopes up yet, still remember the Spanish press saying we where signing Mamardashvili last summer.
-
Hope sensibly reading my post from yesterday on Gittens
-
Garcia a release clause is as low as £21m! Admittedly not seen him play but from what I’ve read he seems VERY highly rated. Hope this is true.
-
😆 naa thought @Ikon was on about Kane, should of went to specsavers.
-
Nice. Angel Garcia is quite reliable apparently

Bit more here: Newcastle, one step away from Joan García, according to 'Cazurreando' Despite interest from multiple Champions League clubs, according to Ángel García, Newcastle will pay the Espanyol goalkeeper's release clause. According to journalist Ángel García, better known as 'Cazurreando' , Newcastle are very close to securing his services . The English club, backed by the multi-millionaire Saudi owner of the Public Investment Fund , has taken a decisive step forward and is willing to pay the full €25 million release clause. This is a clear sign of their firm and ambitious interest. The Magpies, in the midst of fighting to secure their presence in European competitions next season—possibly in the Champions League—are looking to strengthen a key position with a young, reliable goalkeeper with enormous potential. Joan fits the modern profile that the Premier League demands: good footwork, reflexes, leadership, and room for growth.
