Been voted the most expensive city to live an English lifestyle in the world. (whatever that means) Every city will have hostels/YM's though. Thats all the fans need really, a roof over their head. Most of the time they'll be there they'll be out getting pissed/at the match. Stayed in a YM when I went to New York, it was a fucking dump, but was in a brilliant location, and we were hardly there anyway. Too busy out sightseeing. There's one called Rosiya which is pretty cheap. However, they've all doubled their prices for this very reason.
