No comments on the fact that the new chairman gets twice as much as the old chairman got criticised for taking despite presiding over the club's worst season in the premiership, sacking a manager mid season without a replacement lined up, and failing to land any of the new manager's transfer targets (all things the old chairman would surely have been crucified for)? Most of those can be blamed on the appointment of the previous managers by the previous chairman though. Unless you want to blame Mort for the poor state Souness/Roeder/Allardyce left the club in?

Not really a true reflection though, as Man U have been building this squad year on year, whereas Chelsea just went out and bought about 30 players over the course of 3 or 4 years. Absolutely gutted watching Man United lift the trophy. Now we've got to put up with their fans talking about it for the next 12 months. Chelsea deserved to win last night, and personally I felt gutted for JT. Still, he's English, so we've got to hate him. If Chelsea actually invested in a couple of strikers who don't give up after 2 minutes of being on the pitch, they'd be unbeatable.

Seeing Chelsea win 6 or 7 nil will also be a good game tbh mate.
