FFS sold out before I got online to order one. Fucking amateurs.
-
It's like they couldn't make up their minds and just said "Fuck it, let's just whack one on each side." Would probably order one if it was just the Magpie. As is, it's a pass for me. Given the Adidas logo is in the middle I don't think it would have worked with just one.

I think this awful looking "Ashley F**K Off" ones are being made by some bit part journalist from Scotland out to try and make a few quid for himself.

All this bashing is very petty, he's still only 18, hopefully he goes away and learns how to play the game and apply the talent he has. Harry Kane at 18 was on loan at Leyton Orient in League 1 - that's obviously an extremely successful example but I don't get all this abuse, while unlikely he'll make it at the highest level, good luck to the lad.

just seen that on twitter, looking forward to them posting an actual shot of the shirt, wonder how much it will cost?

Try having a boss that is a Pardew loving Palace fan. It will be great when it all goes wrong mind.

Could have cleaned the sticky crap off.

I noticed our travelling support had the upper tier only - no chance of getting on the pitch!

Interesting, looks like they are using a magpie as well as part of the Newcastle city coat of arms.

Urgh no thanks. You'd not have him ahead of Carrick to sit deep and spray the ball about, assuming McLaren might want Carrick for this? I'd have neither personally. I would prefer Carrick for a couple of years despite his age.

I don't think anybodys too arsed about that row of houses. i am tbh Me too, I feel proud of the my beautiful city every time I walk up to St. James' through those Georgian streets. How many other stadiums are in those sort of surroundings? (only Arsenal maybe) It's part of the soul of the club. Hey fair play lads. If things had gone the way we wanted twenty years ago and we were now challenging every year I'd prefer to see the east stand expanded. But as we're currently crap then it's irrelevant really. It's just never going to happen though. Leazes Terrace is a building of national significance, realistically any further extension of that stand would harm the building either in terms of the impact on its setting or people living there. Even if listed building consent and planning permission were granted to move Leazes Terrace, which is doubtful, the cost would be astronomical! It would probably be a lot cheaper to build a temporary stadium somewhere else, knock down St. James's rebuild it further to the west. Neither option would be worth the cost for 5-10,000 more seats. The only realistic option would be the Gallowgate end, if we ever have enough ambition again to need the extra seats. Agreed entirely, it adds to the charm of St. James' Park. Location wise it is by far the best stadium in the country.

It might not be a commonly held view on here, but a lot of people value the Georgian architecture, yes. For more info about the Leazes Conservation Area see: https://www.newcastle.gov.uk/wwwfileroot/legacy/regen/plantrans/conservation/Leazes_CA_CS.pdf

It's only part student housing yes, but that building is a fine example of Georgian architecture. I thought it was the architecture that was the issue, not the student aspect right? Absolutely but not to be confused with the raft of cheap, horrible, plastic student accommodation cropping up all over the city (and the other side of SJP!). It's a constraint to further expansion but just adds to the character of the ground being adjacent to such a magnificent example of Georgian architecture which is Grade I listed.

Fairly sure he's just winding you up Nope, thinks our 5th place season was all down to Pardew and Cabaye and that they will reproduce that this season.
-
It's rubbing off. My boss is a Palace fan and I genuinely can't believe how deluded and arrogant he is about Palace, genuinely thinks they will challenge for a place in the top 4, get more nonsense from him than from the mackems in the office.
-
Then yours is the world, and everything that's in it. And, which is more, you'll be a man my son. Ladies and gentleman, Newcastle will be playing four, four, fucking TWO.

Cabella stayed there when he signed, put photos on his Twitter.
