  1. I would like to see Milner in the middle of the park as his lack of pace limits him when out on the wing. Though saying that if we manage to get 8-10 million for him we should bite the hands of such a bid..

How much do you think N'Zogbia is getting a week?
  3. You think that is a poor Russian side?
  4. Probably because they are a better team... 2 points better. Anyway he said it was because he didnt want to move to the midlands didnt he? They play better football and have better resources. Stoke just punt the ball up to the forwards after having seen the success Souness and Allardyce had with that tactic I'm sure Shola would rather play for Mowbrays side who actually knock the ball about.
  5. Probably because they are a better team...
  6. From my local paper the Helensburgh Advertiser... *Helensburgh is a small town in the West Coast of Scotland on the Firth of the Clyde and close to Loch Lomond*
  7. I agree with Phil, I don't see why students should get a discount. The four years I spent at college and Uni I still managed to buy my season ticket as well as all my train tickets travelling down from Scotland...
  8. Sky reported back when he went on loan... Lazio have paid one million euros now and, if they want to use the option and buy Rozehnal in the summer, will have to pay a further five million euros to Newcastle.
  9. I paid up front for next season (already avoiding the increase, and getting cup games for nowt), and got the opportunity to buy the next two and save 10%. I only have an option of paying £988 on a 2 year prize freeze extension payment plan. No option for a discounted one off payment?? I thought the price freeze was the discount. The price difference is about 10% The price freeze is for the 3 year plan, but should be a further 10% if you are willing to pay the lump sum so should be £888 As Crumpy posted earlier... 3 YEAR PRICE FREEZE -Single Payment £1334 (£444) 3 YEAR PRICE FREEZE - Payment Plan £1482 (£494 - same as last season) 08/09 Season Ticket £543
  10. I would possibly have been interested in magazine designer but its based in London...

  12. They want to take the payments for the 2nd and 3rd season between February and November
  13. If you paid up front for this season be prepared to find out that on your application there is no option of the paying up front with a 10% reduction (even though there is a flyer about it) So anyone who bailed them out last season when they were desperate to get some pennies in the bank doesn't get the option of saving themselves £150+ now...idiots!
  14. Well they have made their way up to Scotland as I have just received a call to same mines has been delivered to my folks house...
  15. As I have already paid for next seasons ticket I assume I will just have to pay £840 up front to cover myself for the three years including the discount....
  16. Why, who else do you think we should replace? I don't think looking to replace a third of the outfield players is undercooking things, really. Seems realistic to me. Dave I am not disputing that it won't be the case I am just of the opinion that its a pretty average squad and that only 3 additions to it, especially some of those who have been linked, will not make a major difference. I am not expecting to see an overhaul nor do I see it as a realistic option just pointing out how shit I think the majority of our team are.
  17. If that is our squad for next year it looks like its going to be another long hard season tbh
  18. It's quite normal when you're not talking about football, iyam. What does your second sentence mean btw? If a sofa costs £700 and you pay it in 24 interest free monthly payments of £25 plus a £100 deposit, how have you paid more? You've paid £700 regardless of whether it's in one hit or over two years. I don't think they are putting it as us getting charged more but advertising it as a discount if you pay the lump sum. Thats what they said on the site when they announced the news anyhoo...
  19. As I don't have mine yet can anyone who has tell me what happens if you have already paid for this season? Are we not pyaing anything for the next year then paying the following two years if you take the 3 year option...
  20. Do you actually take the results of friendlies serious? They are nothing more than a warm up..
