It's not unreasonable for us to expect our most expensive signing of the window (and if add-ons get paid, the most expensive transfer in our history) to be starting, regardless of our form.

I get that any fans when their club has appointed a bad manager want to cling to the hope that it was just a case of the manager's face not fitting at the last place and the fans were delusional etc... However West Brom have literally been here before, hiring one of our shithouse managers in Pardew. They should know better than most club's fans that we know what we're talking about when it comes to bad managers having already been proven correct once before. -
Beating Burnley is so easy. We did it when we couldn't even beat anyone else in the league.

Spurs are a pointless football club.

I actually love Trippier
-
I suppose they've got no other PL relegation battles to compare against.

West Brom fans still don't seem to have the correct opinion of Bruce yet. Sucks for them I guess. Enjoy being losers. -

Over 1000 games as a manager FFS. English football needs a culture change. -
In my opinion, our good run is mostly down to Trippier and his raising the standards of the players around him as well as giving Howe his man in the locker room. The change in professionalism from January onwards is very clear to see.

I'm old fashioned in that I expect my strikers to score goals and that be their prime role in the team. Yes we've been undefeated since he came here, but he's also not a very good player. I thought that before he signed and he's done nothing to convince me otherwise. He even admits he's surprised to be here. I think even those who defend him acknowledge we overpaid for him due to the situation we'd been left in by Ashley and Doubtfire. He might be a good lad but he really needs to start scoring goals and providing a goal scoring threat. Do that, and he'll win me over a little bit.

Since moving into midfield he's kinda like when you put the older kid in a match against the younger kids. Just wish he could shoot. How he ever ended up as a striker is a mystery.
-
Hopefully he'll go on a scoring run again.

He was always underrated here. I'm glad he's doing well.

We're not scoring today then. Hope we can grind out a 0-0 bore.
