Saw the best and the worst of Jonas today. First half absolutely gutless, pulling out of every challenge, throwing himself to the floor at every opportunity. Think playing up against the shit Kiki Musampa look-a-like made him come to life and he was unstoppable then. That volley of his was also awesome. Andy Caroll is really proving himself as well. Couldn't be more pleased with him. Felt sorry for Best in the second half. He did look like he was trying to score at the very least which was an improvement. As for Kevin Nolan...
