  1. Just appeared on Chronicle website: "Newcastle boss John Carver says Mike Ashley has been 'very supportive'" Nice timing!
  2. Cabella "getting the hang of the Premiership now". Yeah nothing to do with Pardew fucking off then?

    John Carver

If that's the case (and it was widely reported in France that Garde wanted it) then get their name on a fucking contract. I think we know that if Carver does OK, he's the yes man in situ, and will be kept.

I think we're fortunate that Carver, and his backroom staff, couldn't manage a win since Pardew fucked off, otherwise we could have been lumbered with the plank for the long term. The club better bring in a credible manager in the summer or... What? The apathetic cunts who turn up every other week to be taken the piss out of will still lap it up.

    Lee Charnley

What, with his dick in some tart's mouth?
  6. But as a marketing exercise for your main business...? Way to quote, no quote. Too much happy juice and a touch screen computer. Apologies.
  7. Chill, life will get him back in the end. It all equals out. How many city traders do you know? Cunts do succeed!
  8. Pardew espousing the benefits of "risky football"! For fucks sake! Quickly backed up by Paul fucking Merson telling us "That he did a great job" and "has nothing to prove". Total fucking arseholes. All of them!
  9. Garde is still 11/4 with the bookies behind even money Sherwood. Far too premature to think of a "lottery" win at this stage.
  10. This is very terrible. Its got the lot. The holy trinity: deluded, Leeds and pitiful acceptance of fans not having any say whatsoever. Genius. It needed a Portsmouth for a full house but not a bad effort. B+ Long time lurker and even longer fan but i agree with these points. Why does any fan think they can change MA? And tbh - why would they? Simple question - what do you guys want? I agree ambition in the cups would be my no.1 but aside from that i would rather him as an owner than 90% of the other owners. I'd love ambition but realistically there is a limited amount of people who can spend unlimited money on players these days - Man Utd try to win the title and spend £150mill or so and are still no-where near. Football has lost its soul and we aren't the only fans suffering. PS - my choice for manager - still Steve Mac. Top coach and will get the best out of our youngsters which is the one thing i still enjoy most. Spending 150 million and trying to win the title is now a bad thing? Can't believe it's been this f***ing easy for t***s like MA to get all the simpleton fans to think that all they can expect of a team is to exist. What the f*** is the point in supporting NUFC if this is the case? What the f*** is the f***ing point. Meh - no need to get angry and call me simple. What other team is different? Its how football is these days - at least we have exciting talent like Aarons. There is a point- its supporting a local team. The biggest pride to me has been seeing our players represent their countries and i hope our new manager can help develop local talent. Exciting talent like Aarons - aye, and how long will he be a Newcastle player? Will you be as proud when him and Perez are doing their stuff elsewhere this time next year? Never mind though, eh, cos we'll have launched their top-flight careers and paid a bit more of the interest off Ashley's loan for him into the bargain, so all good? Jesus wept, you'd have LOVED being a Newcastle fan in the 80s. Had we all been as fulfilled by seeing other clubs rape us for our young talent, the McKeags would now still be in charge and we'd be constantly looking over our shoulders in the Championship. As it was,we fought for change, and look what followed. Interesting rewriting of history there mind.
  11. Magic ranked below a bit of luck and graft that's why. Magic is always outdone by science.
  12. This could be a watershed moment for the club. Ashley has two choices, either appoint another puppet, Charver or another of his drinking buddies, and risk the wrath of the crowd turning on him and his regime. Or he could appoint a credible coach that we can all rally behind to take the club forward. As others have said, he's lost his "shield" and must be feeling as vulnerable as he ever has at the club.

    John Carver

Why anyone thought Charver and Stone would be any better without Pardew is beyond me. They have patently been part of a "team" that has failed miserably.
  14. What else can they sing? Something that doesn't perpetuate the idea that we don't accept southerners? It's f***ing embarrassing, I absolutely despise it. its just this particular southerner man. Aye, that'll be why 'cockney' is being used alongside 'fat' and 'b******'...don't be daft man. You don't 'call' someone a cockney unless you think it's a derogatory term and you don't think it's a derogatory term unless you have a problem with cockneys. Him being a southerner should have NOTHING to do with it and it has nothing to do with it for most people. We'd sing the same if he was Scouse "You fat scouse b******" who gives a s***. Alan Shear gets "Sad Geordie b******" from ManUre. That has f*** all to do with him being a Geordie. Nah, that's utter bullshit, sorry. And I and quite a few others give a s*** when it's damaging to our club because it feeds the idea that we 'only want a Geordie' and 'don't accept southerners' It's braindead. Advocating making football chants politically correct and getting upset when they aren't, that's "braindead". It's entirely short-sighted. Dunno why that's so difficult to understand. Perhaps you can write a thesis on the subject and then get the average NUFC fan to read it. Perhaps that'll change their behaviour.

  16. A central midfield player who somehow managed to turn invisible over 45 minutes of football. I don't think he's a bad player, but Guthrie had more guts by comparison. As for who I'd rather have there, any of Cabella, Vuckic, and Bigirimana when someone rescues him from Pardew's basement. Thank fuck you're not trying to fill Pardew's boots then.
  17. Definitely related to Colback and Alnwick Not at all. Not related, not even ginger. But I do want to see a Geordie lad do well for my club, and he's the best prospect we've got, at the moment, of doing that. I just think that Colback is a Premiership quality midfielder, who we got for nothing, and I think that's a good deal. I'm prepared to back my opinion over any other on here. He replaced Cabaye who we sold for 20 million. By all accounts it was a shit deal. He's exactly bang average at his absolute best and spends most of his time trying to get the ball back by chasing it around like a cocker spaniel. In your own tiny mind is Colback a replacement for Cabaye. Average Premiership quality for nowt, I'll settle for that thanks. Oh, and he's a Geordie. In my own mind? Didn't realise that I'd been imagining him starting in Cabaye's position all season. Why do you care if he was free? What difference does that make to you? As for the Geordie bit, I went to school with the lad, he was at the Sunderland academy. Killingworth is entirely Newcastle fans, he wasn't 'a Geordie' when he was shushing the crowed and giving the '3-0' signs when he was at the mackems, was he? He can get fucked trying to play up the local lad bullshit. I like local players coming through but if they're no good, I couldn't give a shit. Carroll's the only decent local lad we've had in years anyway. So, you think Colback isn't good enough for NUFC? Absolutely, yes. He's a nothing player and my opinion on that isn't going to change unless he does. "A nothing player", what does that actually mean? Don't you think he deserves to start in our current line up, and if not, who would you start instead?

  20. Definitely related to Colback and Alnwick but dislikes Pardew, hmmm..... IMO, Colback is a good premiership midfielder, who we signed for nothing, Alnwick is a very young goalkeeper learning his trade, Pardew is a fraud of a football manager. Your point is???

  22. He's been put this situation by others. Wouldn't you agree?
