I am canny shocked at how close it is bluebigeek.gif I was exspecting Lennon to win by miles, at 25 SWP needs to move clubs if he wnats to reach his full potential, where as Lennon is going to make a big name for himself if he can keep getting games with Spurs, Jol is no fool though and he will know keeping Lennon will be tough so playing him will give him the best cance of keeping him. Jose does not seem that botherd about keeping SWP though does he, even so though once it becomes clear that they will take offers on SWP I can see us being beatent o him by a more attractive club, like a one in the top half of the table.

Yes yes I know there is not much chance of us getting them but humour me. I was a big fan of SWP and out of the two he is probably the one we could maybe get, I think he will want away seeing as he is still not getting much football. BUT Lennon is the one I would love to have here, if Milner is a decent young right winger then what does that make Lennon ? the kid is amazing and has such an impact on any game he plays in. Fast over the pitch, quick feet, good control, loves to drive at fullbacks, decent shot, good vision and a good cross on him to. Curbs is looking for work and you can bet if Fred is thinking of sacking Roeder then Curbs will be the man he is looking at. I am not 100% convinced that Curbs would do a good job here, he did okay with Charlton but lets face it they were never really a big force in the league. Yes he would do better than Glenn but not as good as I think we should be doing.
