Would be an excellent piece of business and excatly what we require : guaranteed goals. Looking on the positive.
  2. Gomis isn't good enough tbh. Guys a f***ing plank, Sholaesque standard and one we managed to miraculously avoid (somehow) over the years. Lacazette isn't coming in a million years, why the f*** would he??? As for the two we have signed, I personally think they both improve the squad, and both are probable starting 11 certs... All this still doesn't address the immediate issues of we need a f***ing striker though!
  3. Aye, get some moral victory against our relegation rivals etc. And when we loose? Then all hell break lose If this is happening it is an absolutely crass and stupid idea. Far too many 'hangers on' fucking around the club at the moment and this muppet Black seems one of the worst. Couldn't give a shit what he did with the egg chasers, he ain't motivating any fucker in this current crop of ours by the looks of it. Ludicrous idea and an undoubted injury will be the outcome. Nailed on.
  4. Cos he's shit at running NUFC and hasn't got a fucking clue what he is doing half the time.
  5. We have a top coach so the lad will surely only progress. Good luck to him, hope he hits the ground running, supplies pace and a bit of thrust and can link in nicely with our new striker that we sign tomorrow.
  6. George Bailey

    Loïc Remy

I would have expected the opposite.

    Loïc Remy

Hope so. Of course it's the Mail so maybe a tad unreliable but he would improve our chances significantly. You may need a proctologist soon...
  8. Fucking hope so. Big plank better not be winging his shit way up here....
  9. 9, Bloody hell I struggle to see 5. The first four aways are certain losses imo. hope you are right of course, 27 points would see us home and dry easily
  10. When I had a look at them, then having risen from the collapsed shock, I had us on an optimistic 14 points and a pessimistic 12... Unless we get the signings of a proven goalscorer, who hits the ground running, a left back who can balance the team and have our better players perform consistently away from home as well as at home (Gini in particular) then I fear we are scuppered. We may get zip away from home and one of the home 'bankers' is the derby. Very fucked imo.
  11. Looking at our remaining games is rather sobbering. Whilst I am far from the most optimistic on here, I think it's safe to say we look in deep shit. Unless they recognise sharpish that we need a proven goal scorer and we need a LB as well then I think it's curtains. February could see us win just 3 points imo March should bring us double that, but with the derby I would be tempted to say 4. April is the one that we could pick stuff up in, but I would go for another haul of 4 May possibly giving us another 3 ( but more probably 1) We are down.
  12. And that should be the last thing he is allowed to do. He will not get us promoted or even in the play offfs imo. The guy is not inspirational enough or have the nouse. When we go down we need a proven manager who knows how to get teams up, and that may well lead to an unpalatable short term appointment, but it would be the sensible thing to do.
  13. Leicester...bloody hell. Awful midweek in the cup but fuck me, back on top again...
  14. Not good enough and worryingly not the man to bring us up either. Needs got rid of now.
  15. Done and may I add to the thanks to Dave for keeping this place going: a bastion of reason and enlightenment in a troubled world.... well maybe not but we all love this place!
  16. This is ridiculous, the club have to look at the amount of injuries. FFs what are they eating/doing???
  17. This game is huge. I feel it could be quite pivotal for us. Have we actually turned a corner or is it all just fluff? I expect a loss. but am praying for more of the attitude of the last 2 games. Would give Stiflers left arm for a win. Wasn't sure if I cared all that much anymore but let's be honest once your'e in. your'e in.... Is Toney injured...?? christ our luck.
  18. Leicester were very poor. Thought the young left back did look decent and Gray seems a prospect, otherwise very easy for Spurs that.
  19. Can't remember what Le Tissiers style was but he only missed one I think.. Was he a blaster, a placer or an eyeser???
  20. Chelsea it is then... Madness if he does go there imo...he will undoubtedly end up in the 'Remy' situation 12-18 months down the line. Of course he may well have squillions in the bank, a nice apartment in Kensington and some babestation bird flouncing all over him so that may compensate some... Personally would be in like Flynn for Remy if this is the case. Although I understand viewpoints like Micks, but quite simply they are pretty much all mercenary Cnuts these days, with one or two exceptions.
  21. 4-5 Million would be a good deal and if the 8 reports are correct then break out the digestives..... Had a handful of decent games, some poor ones and some awful...odd player.
