Read all of it too and it doesn't say what they did nor what that tournament even is.
Also, any act of so called "sportsmanship" that benefits Liverpool FC loses all its meaning.
Good for him and that his love affair with the region continues. What's his English like, though? Every time I've seen an interview of him he talks in Spanish.
Edit:
He's had 90minutes x3 in a month where he knew he was going to be the main man up front.
Just a tragic man. No other club would have kept such a mediocre to shit player on their books for half as long as we have. Embarrassing.
Also started the first bit... Should have pooled our efforts and done a bit each, really
Can't resist sticklering... Tioté is leaving his house two hours before the game. Not at 2AM.
Nowt like having confidence in new players
Well if Cissé is the captain then Best and Shola are the manager and lifetime honorary president. So it's a complement, I guess.
On a side note, it's annoying how so many refs seem to think that just because a challenge results in a penalty it is necessarily also worthy of a yellow.
The fact Brighton and their player actually voiced their support probably gave our appeal the credit it needed to not seem frivolous in the FA's opinion.
It's the deadline day drama effect. You get the impression some fans would be happier with signing one decent player on the 31st every six months rather than sign 5 decent to great ones throughout the Summer.
Was going to mention goalkeepers. Very often the double whammy of pen + keeper sent off just because they're obviously in a 'last defender' sort of position is much too harsh. The intent on fouling and likelihood of getting the ball should definitely be taken into account.
