30% mark up and they'd still fly out imo. £11 for one of the stinking hot dogs or burgers with chips or about £4 for a steak bake and a pasty? No brainer
-
Just imagine the business it would get man? Thousands of fans smashing steak bakes and sosijj rolls at HT and in the stands. Virtually no queues either - bang, bang, bang, knock them out and rake it in. They're both missing a trick here tbph

If we don't sign an 'official snacks/pastry partner' with Greggs then we're missing out like. Local company who have a bit of a cult following

Self-promoting, media-hungry Tory wanksplat decided he actually wanted to take up a position he had no interest in as soon as the takeover happened. Has zero credibility whatsoever imo, he's in it for himself and it's nothing more than a social climbing exercise.

Exceptionally convenient that any success we may have, any trophies or titles will 'mean nothing' to them and won't actually count. This is rather handy and a nice little forcefield they've created for themselves just in case. They know it's coming and are already coming up with reasons to ignore it like the fucking children. Like toddlers putting their fingers in their ears and lalalalala-ing loudly so they don't have to even acknowledge it

Scholes 'inability' to tackle became a standing joke between commentators and fans. "Haha, there's Scholes launching into another dangerous tackle, haha, he hasn't quite got that one right has he? Haha etc" Openly accepted by everyone and largely got away with it. Late as fuck game after game and it drew chuckles and not yellows.

Another advantage of the fantastic start is the fact we now have 2 transfer windows to prepare the squad for a (very likely) tilt at a European campaign next season. A mediocre start could well have seen the January window as a bit of a waste potentially but now we can get who we need for what's ahead and spread the cost out too. If we're in Europe next season then we'll need quality and quantity to cope. I think 2 or 3 on January to ensure we qualify this year then the focus will be on adding to the squad to bed it out a bit in the summer once we know if it's CL, EL or EC. Nice problems to have though

He's going to be a cornerstone of the club for the next decade. He'll be part of the spine of the team that we build around for the next 10 years. He's a rock

He's toxic as fuck man. He's poison

Yeah, we need to add to the good players we've already got rather than sell them. Not ASMs biggest fan but I'd love to see him in a team that has other threats so he enjoys a bit more space and a bit less doubling-up on him to nullify him. Stretch the opposition the full width of the pitch with a bit of quality up front and on the right and see what he can do. Pace is lethal and he's got loads of it, rather have him on the pitch than £25m in the bank

Sunderland/Newcastle football crack stopped a couple of years ago tbh, the topic doesn't even get mentioned these days. Having 2 divisions difference between the teams for 3 or 4 years killed it stone dead, occasionally hear the odd comment about one or the others recent game but it's been good natured as both sets of fans seemed to just accept that there's a lot of clear water between the 2 clubs now. No real prospect of a league game any time soon so there's no need to wind up the other set of fans etc

Captain Steak Bakes (now managing Blackpool/revising history)

Howe: "Let's train properly, high intensity, highly organised approach to every detail of every session. Let's use Trippier's almost unique physical attributes to push him forward and let the other 3 shuffle across to essentially create a 5 man midfield which releases a player to get into the box. Let's study the opposition and come up with a plan to negate their strengths and shut them down. Let's be aggressive and press as a unit and cause as many problems as possible for each team we play" Bruce: "Let's play" -

While I'm on, I'm delighted we're finally rattling a few cages of the established teams at the top who've had it their own way for the last decade or so. We've spent a modest (relatively) amount of money and we appear to have gatecrashed the party and have become an immediate threat overnight. They're demonstrably upset and annoyed at this and don't seem to have taken it rather badly. ANOTHER £200m spent really well will see one of them go the journey and fall into obscurity for several years. They're running scared and so they should be

Don't give a fuck, every other top team does it so why shouldn't we. Not in the slightest bit bothered about being popular or likeable, I'd quite like us to be successful and actually win things. If we need to be shithouses in the process then bring it on

I know the table and their results suggest otherwise but this Arsenal team don't look like champions to me. They're doing really well and are top on merit but I'm convinced that it's only a matter of time before they feel the pressure and struggle to keep it going. I'm not slagging them off or saying they're shit but I have zero confidence in them seeing it through and staying top come Easter and actually winning it.

22 from the last 24 available. That's outstanding form from any perspective you care to look at - it's even better when you consider it contains Spurs (A), Man U (A) and Chelsea (H) in there too. It's been a brilliant, memorable and fabulous season so far

Clearly still a bit of needle left over from Havertz breaking Burn's nose a few month back. Love to see them all getting stuck in at the end too, shows togetherness and a willingness to watch each others backs and wade in. You need that bit of needle/aggro in a good team, all well and good being lovely technical footballers but you need to front up sometimes imo.
-
ALL of that shit at the end was 100% down to the ref and how he failed to handle the situation. Massive massive 3 points that, selling the club to potential signings in January just got even easier
-
Been quite a few stoppages and subs tbh, 7 is about what I expected.
-
Need to be professional and see this last 10 out now. Subs, stoppages and win a few free kicks high up the pitch. Get some oxygen back into the lungs and reorganise during each stoppage. It's not nice to watch but we need to do it unfortunately
-
Massive 20 mins in the whole season here tbph. Hold on to this and we're legitimately in fucking business this season for the CL
